CAS

Ich selbst stempele gerne mal und stelle meine eigenen Karten her. Ich liebe es, Karten geschenkt zu bekommen und verschenke deshalb selbst gerne welche. Momentan mag ich das Format A7, klein, aber fein. Man kann sie schön gestalten, braucht aber nicht viel dazu. Man kann sie direkt ans Geschenk hängen oder aber als Karte in einem Umschlag verschicken... 

Heute zeige ich euch eine Karte, mit der ich bei CAS-ual Fridays mitmachen möchte. CAS steht für "Clean and Simple", einfach sollen die Karten also sein und dazu noch "sauber", d.h. ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Mein erster Versuch für diese Challenge sieht so aus:

Die Aufgabe lautet, mindestens einen Pfeil auf der Karte zu haben und das war´s auch schon, alles andere ist der Gestalterin überlassen. Ich habe mich für eine Geburstagskarte entschieden, die Mietz gestempelt und ausgemalt. Danach hab ich die Pfeile gestempelt (und fünf Mal probiert, wie sie nun am besten krumm auf meinem Block kleben bleiben) und den Text dazu. Die Ecken habe ich mit meiner Eckstanze abgerundet und rund herum noch mit Rot gewischt. Et voilá, meine Karte für CAS-ual Fridays.

Today is my first try at CAS-ual Fridays. The task is to use at least one arrow on your card. I decided to make a birthday card (´Herzlichen Glückwunsch´ means happy birthday) and to put the arrows around the little cute kitty. I stamped the cat, water-coloured it, and stamped the arrows and sentiment around the cat (with many tries to get and hold the stamps in a round position on my clear block). I then rounded the corners and coloured the edges of the card. After that I decided to put some glossy accents on the heart in the middle of the card and that´s it. I hope the card is enough CAS to take part in the competition.
